It is a powerful antidote that releases stress and cultivates calm-helping you to return to wholeness. During meditation the body achieves a deep level of rest. Rest is how the body naturally heals itself. As we meditate, heart rate decreases, breathing slows, immune function improves, anti-aging hormones increase and blood pressure normalizes. This results in lower stress levels and improved health.

The Chopra coaching program utilized by Inspired Well-being is designed to connect our clients with their own inner guide to find these answers within themselves.
The initial program consists of 10 sessions exploring four 'Cornerstones' to help clients to get clarity on who they are, what they want and how to get there.
